Successful change management is more likely to occur when communication about the vision, objectives, expectations and processes flows in all directions. Understanding, accepting, then influencing change processes, leadership styles and group dynamics will determine the capability to effect positive change.

- Identify resistance to change. Analyse risks that are linked to each step in a change process, thus avoid common traps
- Develop your capacity to analyse and adapt to a changing environment and seek innovative solutions

- Set up strategies to facilitate the change process. Note landmarks to dare move out of the comfort zone and into the unknown.
- Develop skills in communication to bring about synergies, to re-enforce transparency and efficiency
