Susan Cortese President of Smart Business Communications, Susan created the company in 1996. Senior consultant / coach, certified NLP practitioner, DiSC master trainer, specialized in communication and management. Susan produces and facilitates learning events to improve interpersonal, intercultural, and public communication, management and relationships.	Gaëlle du Penhoat A certified coach and trainer, Gaëlle believes in a pragmatic approach to self-management and interpersonal relationships. She previously worked as an advisor in communication and public relations in the fields of industry, luxury and competitive sports. Her motto is ensuring well-being as a decisive element of productivity.	Andrea Wedell A certified coach and trainer in personal development, Andrea specialises in assertive communication, resolving conflicts, creativity and stress management.

Simon Eliott Simon is specialised in negotiation. He is a highly experienced consultant who has travelled extensively in Europe and the world on international projects and is an expert in developing behavioural skills.	Valérie Amé Customer satisfaction is always assured with Valerie managing the preparations and logistics. She also takes care of the implementation of DISC tools and solutions.
